Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
Neuromuscular therapy is a system of massage techniques that were developed in the 1930's by Dr. Stanley Lief in England. It uses a holistic approach towards healing, emphasizing and stimulating the body's natural ability to heal itself. Neuromuscular therapy also enhances the function of joints and muscles, and accelerates the overall healing process by facilitating the release of endorphins.

Cupping therapy is an ancient healing method that may ease back pain, neck pain, headaches and other issues.
Cupping therapy uses the force of suction to pull blood toward the surface of your skin. The idea is to increase your body’s natural healing response in these areas.
Many people who've had cupping therapy report that it:
The two types of Cupping methods I use include:
Running: This is like dry cupping. But before beginning, lotion is applied to your skin. Once the cups have been placed, the use of gently movement in different directions is done over the affected area of your body.
The suction force from cupping breaks open tiny blood vessels called capillaries under your skin. You’ll have red, round cupping therapy marks that should fade in a few days, but could take a week or two. Although these marks will look like bruises, they’re not true bruises that injure muscle fibers.
Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST) combines powerful vibration and tones to induce an immediate relaxed state. The induction of the sound waves directly into the body along with soothing ambient tones is such a strong treatment that clients report effects ranging from a meditative state to deep relaxation. By placing the therapeutic singing bowls directly on the body and using correct techniques, a practitioner engages with their client both physically and aurally.
The techniques associated with VST have many advantages over traditional massage. One major comfort barrier that prevents many people from receiving a traditional massage is fear of being touched by a stranger. In the VST method, the client remains fully clothed and is never touched directly by the practitioner. In fact, because the singing bowl is doing most of the physical work, contact is kept to minimum. This does not diminish the connection between client and practitioner because spiritual intimacy is maintained through the sound and the vibration transmitted through the bowl. Vibrational Sound Therapy is also much less physically intrusive than traditional hands-on massage, and won’t leave the client feeling sore.
Sonic Massage is born out of thousands of session hours with clients. Integrating energy work, sound healing, vibration and bodywork, for over more than a decade by Pati Pellerito. Much like a VST, Sonic Massage can be a direct and powerful transformational method, for moving and clearing energy, relieving muscular pain, releasing tension, trauma and grief, and restoring balance to body, mind and spirit.
**Each Person is Different. This in NO way is replaces professional health or mental care. I will always suggest working with other sources for more intense/deeper issues.
Sound Baths, sometimes called "Sound Journey" works without touch at all. You lay in a comfortable position while waves of sounds wash over you. When you sink into a Sound Bath, these vibrations lead you into a deeper state of relaxation. Shutting off your bodies fight-or-flight reflex allows your brain waves to slow, shifting into a more relaxed, or even a dream like state. Most say it helps them decompress, improved mood, releasing tension and even increasing focus and productivity.
7 Chakra Quartz Crystal (432hz) Bowls are also available for group sessions. Call or Text Inquiries for Private Group or individual, On- Site Sound Therapy Sessions. Pricing is calculated by Events, Location, Duration and amount/type of equipment to be used.
Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.
Each session starts off with a vibrating foot bath.

What Are Chakras? By Phylameana lila Desy @ About.com Guide
Chakras are our energy centers. They are the openings for life energy to flow into and out of our aura. Their function is to vitalize the physical body and to bring about the development of our self-consciousness. They are associated with our physical, mental and emotional interactions. There are seven major chakras. The aura is often referred to as the eighth chakra. The first chakra (root) actually hangs outside of your body. It is located between your thighs, about halfway between your knees and your physical body. The seven chakra (crown) is located on the top of your head. The remaining chakras, (sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, and third eye), are aligned in sequence along your spine, neck, and skull. Individually, your chakras look similar to funnels with petal-like openings. Chakras are invisible to the human eye, but they can be perceived intuitively by trained energy workers.
